Choc Orange Protein Shake!
Been trying to get my vitamin C up as I don’t drink OJ, eat oranges, but occasionally and trying to more often, eat grapefruit.
Before I realized my allergies were acting up, I was trying ton cure myself from a ‘cold’ so I bought some OJ. Cut to almost two weeks later I’m still working on the 59 Fl oz bottle of Trop 50.
Here’s what I whipped up after this morning’s cardio:
*8 oz. Trop 50
*1 scoop Arbonne Choc Protein
*1/2 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost
*1/4 cup trader Joe’s frozen mango chunks
*1/2 cup frozen peach (about 1/3 of a large peach peeled)
Oh wow!! So delish!
